What pass should I purchase ?
Children 4 years old and under USING the attractions:
A 2hr Toddler Pass is required and includes ONE free supervising adult. This supervising adult MUST enter pools with this child at all times. If this adult would like to use the large Thrill Slides on their own, the adult will need to purchase their own 2hr Pass. This child CANNOT use the Thrill Slides.
Children 5 years old and up USING the attractions: A 2hr Pass is required. If the child would like to use the large Thrill Slides, they must be 5years old AND 120+cm tall. If they do not meet the height restriction they will be unable to ride the large Thrill Slides.

Adults 17 years and older USING the attractions (<110kgs): A 2hr Pass is required and these adults are allowed on the large Thrill Slides and to wade in the pools. The slides on the large pools are not permitted for adults.
Accompanying/Supervising Adults with a Toddler (Under 5): ONE Adult entry if free if attending the park with a child under 5 years old. Please keep in mind this free Pass does NOT include access to the large Thrill Slides for this adult. Children under 5 years old are not permitted on large Thrill Slides.
Adults or any child NOT using the attractions and ONLY spectating from outside the pools: Entry is free and a 2hr Pass is not required. If you would like to use any of the attractions, a 2hr Pass will need to be purchased.

Can adults go on the slides?
Adults (<110kg) are allowed on the large Thrill Slides and to wade in the pools. Slides on the large pools are not permitted for adults. The slides on the pools are only intended for children 16 years and under.
Can I climb to the top of the slides with my child 4 years and under?
No. Adults are not allowed on the pool slides. They can lift their child onto the stairs and wait at the bottom of the slide if they like, but the child must be able to climb the stairs on his or her own. Children 4 years and under are allowed on all pool slides, but are NOT allowed on any of our large Thrill Slides.
Do spectators have to pay?
No. Spectators that will not be using the attractions and are just coming to watch and enjoy a day out are not required to purchase any pass.
Does my child 4 years old and under need to purchase a ticket?
Yes. All children that will be swimming and using the slides will need to have a pass. A child 4 years old and under must have one adult supervisor in the pools with them at all times. This adult is free with the purchase of the Toddler Pass, however, if this adult would like to use the Thrill Slides on their own, they will need to purchase their own 2hr Pass. Children under 5 years are not allowed on any of our Thrill Slides.
What are the different session times?
- Our daily 2 Hour Session times are as follows:
- 10am - 12pm
- 11am - 1pm
- 12pm - 2pm (not available 31st Jan)
- 1pm - 3pm (not available 31st Jan)
- 2pm - 4pm (not available 31st Jan)
Do I need to book a specific session time when purchasing tickets online?
Yes, in order to maintain a safe capacity for all patrons, we strongly encourage you to pre-purchase your tickets online. When doing this, you must select the date and session time you will be attending. If you would like the full 2 hours of the pass, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session period.
Do you have EFTPOS?
Yes, we have EFTPOS and cash at our ticket box.
Do I need to bring my swimmers to Waterworld Central?
Yes. You will need to bring swimmers to Waterworld Central as the slides will have water on them, plus then you can enjoy the pools!
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 10am-4pm daily over the school holidays, except the 31st Jan we are open 10am-1pm. In the case that there is inclement weather, please double check our social media by 9am to stay up to date on any closures for the day.

We are located in the Entertainment Quarter Showring at 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021
Can I bring my own chair and shade tent?
Yes. You are more than welcome to bring your own chair and/or shade tent to the event, but these must be properly secured into the ground. We do have chairs and shade tents available at each event, but they are on a first come, first serve basis.
We also offer cabanas for a private shade area option. These can be purchased for specific time blocks for $50. They run on the following set session times:
10:00am-12:00pm
12:10pm-2:00pm (not available 31st Jan)
2:10pm-4:00pm (not available 31st Jan)
Can I purchase tickets at the gate on the day?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day as long as the date and session time has not sold out online prior to that day. We strongly encouraging tickets to be pre-purchased online in order to guarantee your spot!
Is there food available & can I bring my own BBQ into the event?
We do offer hot food such as hot chips, hot dogs, chicken burgers and cold drinks on site for you to enjoy! We ask that you do NOT bring your own BBQ to our events.
